Welcome Center Conference Spaces

Visitor & Information Programs and UW Transportation Services partner in the management and operation of the Welcome Center Conference spaces located on first floor at 21 N. Park Street.

In accordance with University Facility Use Policy, Welcome Center spaces may be reserved by:

  • campus departments and programs,
  • recognized university, faculty or staff groups,
  • registered student organizations with a university departmental sponsor,
  • governmental agencies, and
  • groups not associated with the university who are either sponsored or invited by a university department or organization for civic, educational, cultural and other programs that do not unduly burden the Welcome Center or interfere with the prime use of the facility as a visitor services office.

Special use fees apply to all groups using these spaces with the exception of 21 N. Park Street building occupants, who are exempt from most fees.

Welcome Center Hours

Monday–Friday: 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

Conference rooms are typically available during Welcome Center hours. Hours may vary during holiday and university break periods and are expanded in conjunction with select campus and community events. Before or after hours events may be scheduled in the conference rooms and Welcome Center reception area for an additional fee. Please contact Welcome Center reservation staff to discuss your specific needs.
